Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Painter to join our team. As a Painter, you will be responsible for applying paint, varnish, and other finishes to various surfaces. Your expertise in construction estimating, carpentry, and color theory will be essential in delivering high-quality results. Responsibilities:
- Prepare surfaces by cleaning, scraping, sanding, and filling holes or cracks
- Protect surrounding areas from paint splatters or damage
- Mix paints and match colors to achieve desired shades
- Apply paint, varnish, or other finishes using brushes, rollers, or sprayers
- Ensure even coverage and smooth finish
- Follow safety guidelines and use appropriate protective equipment
- Clean and maintain painting tools and equipment

Skills:
- Knowledge of carpentry techniques for surface preparation and repair work
- Experience in remodeling or renovation projects
- Strong understanding of color theory and the ability to create harmonious color schemes
- Ability to restore and renovate surfaces to their original condition
- Skill in trim carpentry to enhance the appearance of finished projects
- Ability to build scaffolding or other necessary structures for painting projects
